Job Requirements
Education Background: Major in aeroengine dynamic control and test or automatic control, bachelor’s degree or above, graduated from universities of “211” project.
Work Experience: Prefer to have experience in R&D of engine control systems.
Technical Knowledge: Automatic control, flight vehicle dynamics, microcomputer.
Professional Skills: Skilled in CATIA, AUTOCAD electrical software.
Personal Qualities: responsible, diligent, able to solve relevant technical problems, good at team communication and organization.
Responsibilities and Job Description
· Responsible for theoretical modeling and assessment of aero-engine control systems in accordance with engine designs.
· Design engine control systems and software and optimize them through tests.
· Responsible for compiling and maintaining engine control system drawings and technical documents.
· Responsible for compiling control system compliance documents for engine certification.
· Work closely with structural designers and simulation analysts to develop engines.
· Support engine production department to complete the industrialization of engines and their control systems.
· Improve and optimize engine systems following the chief designer’s instructions.

· Promote R&D and lean management, ensure management rules and regulations observe national technical guidelines, policies, norms, and standards, and be responsible for organizing and formulating the company’s aircraft engine R&D plan.
Location and Other Requirements:
Location: Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. Headquarters
Working Hours: 40 hours per week on a regular working schedule.
Required Tools and Equipment: Graphics workstation, portable computer, office electronic equipment (printer, copier, plotter, and fax machine).
