Job Requirements
Education Background: Major in aircraft design or aero-engine, bachelor’s degree or below, graduated from universities of “211” project.
Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in aviation R&D or engineering.
Technical Knowledge: Mechanical design, structural mechanics, dynamics, and transmission, structural analysis, and strength calculation.
Professional Skills: Familiar with 3D design skills, independent to innovate, have a good knowledge of aero engine, engine system and material design.
Personal Qualities: Responsible, diligent, able to solve relevant technical problems, good at team communication and organization.
Responsibilities and Job Description
· Engaged in the structural design of aircraft and aircraft engines.
· Build aircraft and engine system models, conduct structural strength analysis and optimize designs.
· Prepare structural design, airworthiness, user information and other technical documents.
· Responsible for structural analysis of assigned structures or components and preparing compliance reports and relevant airworthiness documents according to the arrangement of the model chief engineer.

· Responsible for production support of related systems or components according to the arrangement of company leaders.
· Participate in employee training programs to improve personal abilities and quality awareness, and know the company’s corporate culture, policies, management rules and regulations.
· Manage to control trial production cost of the company and departments, and continuously reduce the R&D and manufacturing costs on the premise of ensuring airworthiness and quality.
Location and Other Requirements
Location: Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. Headquarters.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week on a regular working schedule.
Required Tools and Equipment: Graphics workstation, portable computer, office electronic equipment (printer, copier, plotter, and fax machine).
